Learning a second language can have a positive effect on the brain.

Researchers found out that reading, verbal fluency and intelligence were improved in a study of 262 people tested either aged 11 or in their seventies.
A previous study suggested that being bilingual could delay the onset of dementia by several years.

A set of exercises that will change you in 7 minutes

We always give excuses not to workout . It's either we are tired or we are too lazy to try one. These sets of exercises  can keep you fit and you don't really need to  constantly go to the gym for workout.
Moreover , to perform them you just need 7 minutes of your 24 hours .

What we really haven't done for this year.

There are certain things everyone wanna do before this year runs out . But i'll suggest some   for you.
 1.Give to the needy.
2. Start thinking of  a gift for someone specil in your life.
3. Start  the workout  routine you've always never have time for.
4.Learn a language  you think  is cool( even if it's just learning " Good morning" for a start.
5. Find time for yourself (  close your  eyes even if it's for a minute).
